Tired of your profile chat that does not work properly

Hi!
After all the advice I got about the problems with the chat, the problems remain. messages sometimes show a link called "photo thumbnail" that does not work in any way. Additionally, mail messages from the chat is sent out without any text.
I now want you to access my site and fix these issues, and not only advise me on how to fix them.
If your program is not ready to launch in a crisp mode, I do not think it is meant that your users should act as programmers!
I expect, as a buyer of your program and your support, that you finally fix the problems.
You will get all the data you need to go to my site and fix it as fast as you can.

1. Issue with "photo thumbnails" is solved and solution is provided here:

2. I answered your thread regarding issue with new chat emails :) I provided solution there ;)

I'm sorry that you have issues with our product... but fix was already provided at the forum. You may use forum search feature to find solutions much quicker than wait our response. If you have issues with something, it's 98% that it was already reported and solution was provided ;) Also your second issue is not directly related with JomSocial but with outdated language file... it just had missed one placeholder too much.

We put a great effort to provide stable and reliable software. Sometimes fault is on our side - JS is so much complex extension. In that case we try to cover the issue ASAP and provide solution on forum so everyone could benefit. We do really care for our customers... and we LOVE JomSocial :) But sometimes it's not our fault - really :) Language files are contributed by community volunteers, we can't check each change that was made in them. Sometimes issues are site specific... but in every case we try to help our users... even if we have to do that at Saturday evening in spare time ::dry::

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
