Hi,

Is the correct filename for the Dutch Country Translation like this?

nl_NL.com_community.country.ini

As our site still shows the countries in English after adding Dutch translation file as per above naming.

Would appreciate your help on this asap...

Thanks

2) None of the users are showing up on the Map in the JS Admin backend, why not?

I think this is related to the issue we are having with the Countries not working...

see screenshot (ignore the Avatar comments)

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi Andrew Gous,
I have uploaded the country language file.
All you need to place correct translation for such countries.
Hope it will work.
Thanks

Hi,

I already had the Dutch Language Country file loaded, it is already in the Languages folder...

Hence my very first question about the naming of the actual Dutch language file for the countries? nl_NL.com_community.countries.ini?

Thanks,

Andrew

There was never a problem with the English Countries file... That works perfectly... Countries are all showing up in the drop-down list but it is in English....

I just needed to:

1) Fix the Countries list to display in Dutch
2) Fix the map display of users in Admin backend area...

Thanks,

Andrew

Furthermore, it seems that there are a few issues when looking at the JomSocial Dashboard in the Joomla backend.

see attached screenshot with notes.

Hi Andrew Gous,
there is a simple mistake at your name "nl_NL.com_community.countries.ini".
the correct file name would be "nl-NL.com_community.countries.ini"
I have placed this file at nl-NL under language directory and attached here
Now you need to translate the country name text english to Dutch.
If you are done with translation then you need to replace at language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_community.country.ini
and you can share your contribution here, www.jomsocial.com/addons/languages/dutch
Thanks

We went a bit in circles, as I already had the Dutch Language Country file saved inside the nl-NL folder (as per my initial message).

The translations are already done on Transifex.

Thanks.... all working now. So it was just my file name that was wrong.

My mistake, the problem has not been solved 100%!

1) We are still not seeing any members on the map (Member Locations) in JomSocial Admin (Backend).

2) The Demographic stats are also not working properly. It is not showing the male/female percentages...

Hi Andrew Gous,
It seems this is another issue. Since the current issue is done.
Please come up with another post thus how we track each problem.
Thanks
