first of all I am very surprised that we can't access the forum after the date of access is over.
If I summarize, i have to pay again to find out your bugs !
Is it serious ?

My problem is that now everything is properly setup, after few months i want to use the video upload, and the video debugging tells me the following:

error on line 1 at column 43: Extra content at the end of the document

FFmpeg could not convert the video.

What can I do .... if i can't access the correction you proposed to others ?

looks like many people feel the same trick here.

Well, this issue can be caused by FFMPEG, please make sure you set it well.. I suggest you renewal your subscription so I can inspect this further.
