Hello everyone. i understand that i got a free install by purchase this package , please help update my website with new version of the plugin. i have jomsocial, the socialize template and all the other plugin that come with it. please update the site with all the new plugins thank you

the script have bug . the only way it could be fix i have to upgrade the script.. it very important.

What "bug" do you mean?
Upgrading is easy, just do a safe copy of your website and install 4.4 on top of your existing version.
It's the same as for installing any extension.
Free installation service do not apply to upgrades.

i am not asking for an update, i need a re install. there is a bug in the version that i have. it need to be re install

That is the same. I'm sorry but this is not covered by free install service.
But this is so simple that you may do it yourself: just install JomSocial using Joomla! installer, the same way you installed it.
Files will be replaced.

can someone send me the step by step instruction on how to update my joomsocial website, i would like to know and what folder do i put it, there is so many thing to install, i am kind of lost. i have joomsocial, plus the socialize them. thank you. i been trying to get this done for the past 2 month

1. Log in here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses?Itemid=209
2. Download latest version package
3. Unzip it
4. Login to your site backend
5. Browse to Backend -> extensions -> Install
6. Upload com_community zip package
7. Click complete instalaltion
8. Wait
9.Wait
10. Wait :)
11. Ready :)

That's all

The same goes for Socialize.

No need to copy files or fiddle with FTP.

is there a reason i have two license number for socialize license 100021983 and License Number: 100037312

also two license for joomsocial
JomSocial Professional
Expires: In 114 days, 1 hours, 29 minutes
License Number: 100037309

JomSocial Professional
Expired: 495 days, 6 hours, 59 minutes ago (06-06-2016)
License Number: 100021984

no matter how i try the file is not uploading.. and i need to finish with this site. this is becoming a nightbare. i thought joomsocial suppose to be easey and user frienddly

You probably purchased another license instead of renewing your latest.
JomSocial is easy to install and user friendly.
From your description in guess that your server may not meet our system requirements:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSoci..._System_Requirements

Especially check upload_max_filesize - it needs to be 4096M. In other case you won't be able to upload installation package file.

This may be in php.ini or in htaccess.
But the best way will be to ask your hosting support - they will guide you further.
