Hi, Skyler.
Makeu sure that you have FFMPG installed on your server.
Make sure that you have correct path to FFMPG library.
Check if you're on CentOS.
Ask you hosting provider for help if you not sure...
Hi, Skyler.
We have not received any response back from you in over 7 days, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply reply to this post.
The ffmpeg is installed on your server and from what I can see working. Your server is using CentOS. The correct path to the ffmpeg binary is:
/usr/bin/ffmpeg
Please check these settings with the tech support of Jomsocial and let us know if we can do anything to assist you.

Hi, Skyler.
Version of FFMPEG installed on your server is too old.
JomSocial need ffmpeg 2.0.1 or higher and libx264 in order to convert videos.
Please ask your hosting provider to upgrade FFMPG to 2.0.1 or higher.
They have upgraded to the latest version:
The ffmpeg is upgraded to the latest stable release 2.2.2 in accordance to your request:
Code:
root@serv01:/opt/ffmpeg# ffmpeg --version
ffmpeg version 2.2.2 Copyright (c) 2000-2014 the FFmpeg developers
built on May 21 2014 14:43:44 with gcc 4.4.6 (GCC) 20110731 (Red Hat 4.4.6-3)
This is the error I get when I try to run this URL:

Hi, Skyler.
Now please ask if libx264 is installed and compiled on server.
If you are upgrading ffmpeg on your server and you use a local copy of php.ini file in your cpanel you will need to check that it does not need to be updated after any ffmpeg server updates. Ffmpeg adds extension = "ffmpeg.so" into the servers master php .ini file so if your local copy isn’t updated video conversion will not work.
Hi, Skyler.
Hmmm... I presume that you don't use local copy of php.ini...
I assign developer to this thread.
Hi,
I debug this issue and I get this :
/usr/bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory
