ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello,

I downloaded the 9 Guru frontend translation files from Transifex, renamed them fr-FR and uploaded them by FTP in /eveil.me/language/fr-FR

But even after clearing the cache there is no changes at all. Everything is still in english in the fronend.

That may indicate two things:

- there is mistake in file names
- translations are corrupted/damaged

Please, note that we provide only English localisation. All other translations are contributed by community and we can't be responsible for their quality or/and issues they cause.

The issue seam to come from the file fr-FR.com_guru.ini For testing purpose I downloaded the same file in German from Transifex, which is 100% completed, renamed this file fr-FR.com_guru.ini and uploaded it to /eveil.me/language/fr-FR Then I reloaded the page and everything was in German ! So it works for German but not for French.
I spend the last 3 days to complete the french translation for this file. Than checked every lines, found very few mistakes, compared the same file in English with my file in French with the DiffMerge tool and except the text in french after the = everything is the same.
So what is wrong ?

When I was in high school I was learning French for 3 years. Today after 20 years my French is rusted :D
But I remember that French language use single apostrophe (') - they may cause issues. Especially in js scripts.

Issues with language files are in MOST cases caused by disclosed constants values e.g:

COM_COMMUNITY_VIDEOS_NO_PROFILE_VIDEO="No profile Video

or double quotes inside constant text:

COM_COMMUNITY_VIDEOS_NO_PROFILE_VIDEO="No profile Video "something"

So only method which line is corrupted is method I described in link I provided. There is NO other way to check this.

The issue was in line 924:

GURU_ADD_DOCUMENT = "Veuillez cliquer sur le document pour l'ajouter à l'onglet "fichier de l'exercice" sur la page du média!"

instead of:

GURU_ADD_DOCUMENT = "Veuillez cliquer sur le document pour l'ajouter à l'onglet (fichier de l'exercice) sur la page du média!"

So just 2 quotes and nothing works!

+ those 4 lines which where not in the english file, only in french so I deleted them and now I have the exact number of lines in both file, 1083:

GURU_FINAL_EXAM_QUIZ1 ="Examen Final"
GURU_QUIZZES_INCLUDED = "Quizs unclus"

GURU_QUIZ_NOT_SAVED = "Quiz/Examen final non sauvegardé"

But I still have some text in english:

Try to use language override Joomla! feature:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Changin...gle_Sentence_or_Word
And try to locate those texts in English. Maybe French translation missing those texts?
Or they are hardcoded...

I searched with Notepad++ in fr-FR.com_guru.ini (the file I translated) and also the same file in english downloaded from transifex, but cannot find Commissions or any of the words in my screenshot above ?
