I have submitted a help ticket and was working with Michal. He had said he sent me an email but I have not received it. I checked my inbox and my junk folder. Here is what he wrote.

So did you received it?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks Michal I got it.
I've installed joomla 3.3.6 could not get jomsocial working with 3.6.2. When I go to the Photos page i get Fatal error: Class 'Joomla\Utilities\ArrayHelper' not found in /home/wrethfabb/public_html/cantina/components/com_community/libraries/miniheader.php on line 63

The site is at starwarsepic.com/cantina/
I got this when trying to log in.

Am I doing something wrong?

HI, David.

It's because this version is old and was released BEFORE Joomla! 3.6.2... thus have compatibility issues. WE already released a fix for it over month ago: www.jomsocial.com/blog/joomla-3-6-jomsoc...tibility-issue-patch

But in order to access it you'll need to have active subscription... sorry. I recommend to renew your subscription and download latest version of JomSocial.

Thanks Mike I appreciate your help. Right now I am just creating this site for a hobby. I'll go with an earlier version of joomla for now. I did by a copy of Jomsocial for the company I work for and wanted to sell it as a good choose for a company communication / collaboration tool similar to SharePoint. I could not get it approved. Do you know of any plugins that would make Jomsocial more for the business / corporate user?

I installed Joomla 3.2.3 that was released Oct 2014. I am still getting the same errors when clicking on Photos.

Nevermind I think is is a server problem.
