I am not a developer and I purchased socialize a jomsocial template instead of jomsocial standard. I notified you immediately of the error when I downloaded it. I received no answer, sent 2 more emails and finally got a response of no refund. I researched your refund policy which states full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please advise. I need to get this moving I have already wasted a week from my initial request.

We received just one message on our help desk and I replied you one of two days ago. The problem is that you downloaded the product and it complete the order process. We can't do anything if the product was already delivered. In this case, if after to follow all necessary steps to purchase a product you detect that it's not the product you were trying to purchase you can contact us to help you with that. But after the purchase process you downloaded the product and is not possible for us to do anything.
