Would anyone know how to get the videos that are uploaded out of the Pending section and to show up on the timelines

Hi, Rob, they are "pending" as they need to be processed and converted. So you need to have configured two things: correct path to FFMEG on your server (it needs to be in at leas on year old version... in most hostings they have it in very old version that won't work with JS) and cron job that will fore processor from time to time (you may also run cron job manually in Backend -> Components ->...
