Quest for support improvement

 

In our quest to improve the delivery of our support, we are delighted to announce some support changes for the betterment of you, our dearest customers.

Earlier in the year 2012, a new support medium was introduced to improve our congested support channels. We have come to conclusion that our experiment with JomAnswers and support ticket system is not as effective as we hoped they would be. We always keep the best interest of you close to our heart. We hear your critics, suggestions and to some, frustration with our support channels.
 
We are pleased to inform that our primary support channel is now accessible at http://www.jomsocial.com/forum, a dedicated forum to allow users to contribute to existing discussions, keep track of known issues and fixes, and tap into the power of an active community.
To be able to access the support forum, you will have to:
  1. have a JomSocial.com account (Register here if you dont have it yet)
  2. be an active JomSocial subscriber

How do I check my subscription status?
Once you have logged in, go to the Account area. It will list all subscriptions assigned to the current account. To participate in the forum, at least one of the subscriptions must be active.
 
 
I dont see any subscription listed under my account. How do I add them?
It is most likely that the subscription was purchased using a different email. In our new download system, we have added a feature to allow you to link multiple subscriptions under a singular account.
 
You will need to locate the correct email and order reference number for your subscription. Once submitted, our system will link the subscription with your account and you will be granted automatic access to the forum then.
