I dont really understand the instructions there.i want just the site to be able to be changed to a different language not the back end also.i tried using GT translate,a module in joomla but it didnt work.i dont know why

#1 please you install Joomla language package community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html

#2 then install jomsocial language package www.jomsocial.com/translations

#3 there is special setting for some translation in Jomsocial which like translate costum fields or jomsocial toolbar, for further information you can read here
