I upgraded to Joomla 3.8.1, JomSocial 4.3.2, and installed the JS Shadow Template.

JS Shadow template isn't looking nice on mobile. The formatting and/or template doesn't look formatted nicely. I added images for you to view. Here's the link for desktop - www.junbugg.net/profile

I remember someone telling me that JomSocial and its templates - JS Shadow, are native mobile applications.
So, it should show nice on mobile, similar quality to Facebook, correct?

Also, I don't think my mobile screenshot jpg images properly uploaded. I got messages saying File Upload Failed!!

HI, Louis.

Thank you for contacting us.
JomSocial is not native mobile application but it's fully responsive.
Unfortunately I can't see your site as it's for logged in users.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Louis.

Site menu is not part of Shadow theme and it looks fine in mobile view: prntscr.com/h9rhvp
{actor} issue is caused by your outdated language file - make sure that you're using latest JS package.
We also checked your site on mobile and it looks also fine prntscr.com/h9rka0
Could you check what is your device screen resolution by entering this site: www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/

Thanks Michal.
I saw your iphone mobile screenshot example. It looks nice. Yes, this is how it should look on all smart phones.
-What do you mean by JS package? I'm using JomSocial 4.3.2 and Joomla 3.8.1
-My mobile device resolution is 360 X 640. Should this matter? I'm using an android LG smart phone that I bought in 2013.
-What about the white space at the top of the page - snag.gy/qdzhF7.jpg
Every page should be formatted and look the same.
On some of the screenshots the jomsocial menu bar extends completely across the page, to each side, prnt.sc/h9rka0 , but on another images it doesn't, snag.gy/rnUAMm.jpg

Is this a website template issue?

Thanks,
Louis

HI, Louis.

By "JS package" I mean JomSocial installation package. Latest version is JomSocial 4.5 and you should upgrade imminently.
Themes was designed to work with 4.4.5 (the lowest version). Also that's why you have outdated language file.

Yes, resolution matters... but in that case it's fine.

snag.gy/qdzhF7.jpg - what is the URL of this page?
snag.gy/rnUAMm.jpg - what is the URL of this page?

Yes, that could be template issue. I need to know URL of pages where issues are.
