Socialize template - ThemeMagic is throwing error

When I click on Theme magic to change the font colors etc in Theme Magic , I see a lot of code syntax and the template preview is not loaded properly

Thank you for contacting us.
Try this: when in Socialize, you'll notice a button in upper left corner "LESS to CSS".
Click a black triangle in that button and choose "[Default] theme only".
Wait till LESS will be compiled and try to access Theme Magic again.

If issue persist it may indicate that your default page in Joomla! do not allow to be edited with Theme Magic. Change it temporarily to JomSocial frontpage or an article.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I did both, issue still persists.
ftp and Joomla admin access = <removed for security reasons>
