Hello,

we are using Jomsocial Pro 4.4.1.
The drop downs does not show on home and profile pages, when clicking on settings, search, message or notification icons. Please see attached image.



There is no javascript error under the console tab. Any ideas how to fix it?

Jomsocial 4.4.1
Joomla 3.7.5

Weird, this issue only happens on jomsocial home page, and no javascript error on the console log.. but actually those features are working fine on another page..

anyway, did you modify the code before?

Hi Dimas,

I only did styling/customisation using less, Other then that did not modify any php file. I have tried removing all my css styling, but still did not help.
It seems that java script is not working on the homepage.
Do you think it might be related to Joomla menu item? If you check under the menu (Footer - For Students), the menu item type is "Home".
from the menu item listing view I see this - (& #9733; JomSocial » frontpage) is this normal?

Also, could please check under the "view page source" if your JavaScript file is actually loading on the homepage?

The javascript is loaded fine, everything is working fine, only tabs and stream menu are not working..

Please you re-install your jomsocial with version 4.4.2, I hope it will help..

I have updated jomsocial to the latest version 4.4.2. But sill experiencing the same issue. any ideas??

Hi Dimas,

I have removed all my custom css and JavaScript/jQuary code. Still the same issue exist.
Do you think maybe it's related to the Helix3 template we are using?
Or maybe a plugin is causing this?

I marked this issue as bug from now, another customers reported the same thing before..
