ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello I just installed Xius plugin to make some advanced search on my member profile -> The jomsocial toolbar become univisble the menu where the plugin is activated. I reached their support and they told me it comes from socialize template :(
Can you please help me on this one?

Actually, they are wrong :) Menu items in JomSocial tollbar ware just disabled: prntscr.com/7jvf63
So there is nothing to display...
Just enable them back and they should re-appear.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Sorry if i was unclear, i was talking about icons not the menu. I try to change custom css but still not visible :(

oh, they did? that's quite strange, don't you think? :)
Why on all other pages icons are displayed but on this particular page they don't?

Lets see the code:

This is on any other page: prntscr.com/7jvoeu
This is on XIUS: prntscr.com/7jvoov

Do you see the difference? There is no reason that Socialize remove class from icon on any page.... and this happens only on this page.

I'm sorry but this is not caused by Socialize. This also happens with any other template, here is Joomla! Protostar template: prntscr.com/7jvpb8

Please, contact with XIUS support again. You may quote my answer here ;)

Please, check your JomSocial subscription - it seems it expired ;)
