Hello,

We are migrating to Jomsocial 4 with the Socialize template, from JoomlArt's JA Social. Currently testing the upgrade on our development server on the Amazon AWS cloud. In the socialize demo on your site, the top bar is elegantly designed. But when we installed the template on our development server, we get a large big blue band which we are unable to do away with, despite changing the Layout from the Template settings in the backend. The attached screenshot has more information. Is it something that we are missing? Could you please let me know?

Please note that the installation is currently on our development server - an EC2 instance on the cloud. We would like to test locally before migrating the site to production.

Thank you
Best regards

Praveen

Hi Praveen,

this can be setup buy selecting the social layout in the template. I was not able to pass through the htacess on your test server so could not look at it on your dev server

Hi Paul,

Got it. Thanks a ton for the prompt response. And sorry about the .htaccess slip.

Regards,

Praveen
