I am missing the button for inbox, friends, notifications (located left of the search box) on the community toolbar. When you place the mouse at those positions, the links to them seem to be active but the buttons are not visible. I have reinstalled socialize and jomsocial but not resolved. Your help would be appreciated. NB: The toolbar is positioned only on the home page. Thanks

I have fixed the issue at your site. Please check.
The reason was,
You have override the toolbar module at your root/templates/socialize/html/mod_community_toolbar/default.php
I have stopped the overriding by renaming the file as root/templates/socialize/html/mod_community_toolbar/defaultt.php
Cause there has been a change at with update version of community toolbar module.
Note: You can delete the overriding from template section as it is no longer needed.
