I am finding a few bugs with the template that I need help with.

1) I can't change the Theme logo, no matter what the image size or type, I get one of two errors: 1) Error message "Unable to upload file", or it says success, but no image populates in image select.
2) I can't add any module to the footer and I have no bottom position in the template.

Please help!
