I have just purchased the Socialize template (downloaded version is 1.2.3) and have it successfully install on my Joomla v3.2.2/Jomsocial v3.1.0.4 test environment.
I completed making Socialize as the default template and proceed to click on "Socialise - Default" to access the template administration to make changes. I received a blank white screen.
When I look for solution in your forum, I found that folks using Joomla 3.2.2 encounter the blank white screen and are waiting for a fix to the current Socialize template v 1.2.3. Could you please send me the new patched Socialize template. Thank you.
Hi Peter,
I have noticed the problem at your site. Please make the user with Super Admin role.
There was a compatibility of T3 Plugin with 3.2.2
So It is essential to update the plugin.
Note: our latest socialize template v1.2.5 is on the way which already have the fix.
