You have to update these templates? Or after get problem whit socialize template?

Ya, No problem, you can upgrade T3 Framework plugin anytime. But don't need update T3 B3 Blank Template 2.1.2
T3 Blank Template 2.1.1 for socialize template. But if you want to update them too then you are free.
Socialize template only use T3-Framework Plugin.
