if that is jomsocial login module, you can translate it using this steps :
The 'Login' and 'Create an Acoount' word can be changed in the JomSocial language file: /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.ini file just edit the file, look for the words / phrases you want to change and make the change. However, it's recommended not to make changes directly in the file but rather use language overrides: docs.joomla.org/Language_Overrides_in_Joomla..

if that's your template login module, i have no idea where to change it since you didn't provide me backend access :) so i can't see your template structure :)
