I have started working with the free trial of instant jom social and have a few questions about the functionaility:

1. is it possible to transfer the website to another hosted server at any time, when we will start working with the website in full operation?

2. is it possible to customize the layout of the footer of the socialize template and if yes how can we do that? I was not able to find this function in the admin panel.

1.Sure, however we don't provide such services, you'll have do this on your own.

2.You'll need hack our code to achieve this, if you're familiar with php and html then you should be able to do that. If not, then I suggest to hire some professional php developer for this task.

we need to custumize the footer and my developer dont have access to the files . because we need access to the files of the server .how can i get the codes . the username and the password so he can access the file

and i want to say for one time that i am using instant jomsocial
but my free trial isnt over and i dont have the option to to pay right now. i have 11 days left untill i am charged

I'm a little bit confused, what you mean by you don't have access to files? Why he can't just access it with ftp? Or some ftp extension ?

what credentials should i use for ftp access?

I've no idea...This's yours server so you should know password/login for your ftp. I'm sure that your hosting provider can give you all necessary details.
