Access Control doesn't allow to "Feature this activity" in main stream

Hello.

I created new UserGroup "JomSocial Administrator" and allowed user to do anything exept "Access Administration Interface" (and "Events" because we do not use events).

But this group's user cant "Feature this activity" in main stream (like SuperUser can).

Thank you for contacting us and reporting this.
It seems that this option is part of "Access Administration Interface' privileges...
I'll report this to our developers.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I just allowed "Access Administration Interface'" for this user.

Also SuperUser can do everything in Groups that he want (even he didn't joined it): sort photos in album, post photo's comments.

But non super user with all JomSocial's privileges can't do it. He first need to join group. Only after it he can post comment for group.
