There's something not quite right with the display of the avatar graphics when looking at seen messages. I can recreate this error on a plain, new install of jomsocial.

If you look at a chat message that has a "seen" avatar, when you look at another message that also displays a "seen" avatar, you will not only see the avatar for that message, but also the original message you looked at. It's like it's caching a collection of Avatars and showing them for any message where it should only show one. Easier to see in screen shots:

Screen1 is first time I view the message
Screen2 is when I look at a different message
Screen3 is when I return to the first message I looked at, notice I now see two avatars

I've got users now thinking that other users are reading their messages even though they are included in the chat.
