Turn off menu toolbar to use Toolbar Anywhere instead

Hi,

for consistency, I have decided to use the Knu JS Community Menu Everywhere as want the Jomsocial menu at the top of every page for registered users, including none community pages. However, I am not sure how to turn off the built in jomsocial toolbar that appears whenever I click on a community page.

Where can I do this?
