Profile details won't save and registration won't finish

After creating custom profile fields, users save their details but then they disappear. Now when registering, it sticks on the second page (the one with the custom fields) and won't finish registration.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to index.php (there is a splash page hiding development)
2 My Account
3 Register

RESULT Stops on second registration page
EXPECTED RESULT moves on to avatar upload
BROWSER safari and chrome

Hi Tom,

I found the problem on your joomla template, which the error message doesnt appear there, so you dont know why the registration wont finish.

I tried to use protostar, and the error message appear, I need to fill the fields profile correctly, and finally I able to finish the registration

I suggest you contact your joomla template developer to fix the error message, which the error message is be hidden there.
