Private Messages not working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When a user wants to see a private message, there's only a white page. The message does get sent, it shows up in the backend, but when you click on it in the frontent, the page is just white. Could someone help us? I sent the Technichal Support accout a message, so you can see for youself. :)

Your issue was caused by fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method CommunityModelFiles::getMessageFiles() in /www/htdocs/w0130049/schulfrei-community.de/components/com_community/views/inbox/view.html.php on line 388

It seems that file ROOT/components/com_community/models/files.php wasn't replaced properly during upgrade. I replaced file by uploading files.php from installation package via FTP.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
