Unable to upload avatar and cover images for both user's profile and group

Step 1. www.sme.city
Step 2. login with username=kbrooking password=xpnq689h
Step 3. Try and upload avatar and/or cover image.
Step 4. Click on Test Club under Club Sites section on right side
Step 5. Try and change both group avatar and cover image

Site administrator credentials:
www.sme.city/administrator
username=REMOVED
password=REMOVED

Seems you have the issue with menu stucture, can you try to create new menu let say "Community" and set it to Jomsoical home page.. i hope it will help.
