On JomSocial 4.09 (patched) I encounter a strange issue:
sometimes (not able to replicate) Jomsocial does not allow me to send a private message to a user.
The error is: the private message body is empty - obviously it is not.
Copying and pasting the message into a private message to an other user works fine.
It happens suddenly with one user.
Next day with a different message, it works again with the same user.
I am not able to replicate why and when the system believes, that the content of the Private message is empty.
Is there a way for me to disable the check in the meantime?

I'm sorry but I'm also not able to replicate this issue.
We need more information... as we can't fix what we can't see...
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
