ISSUE SUMMARY: If I click on the country I it tells me there are no members found:
www.artenet.es/artistas/field?FIELD_COUNTRY=Espa%C3%B1a

But if I translate in English it does work:

www.artenet.es/artistas/field?FIELD_COUNTRY=Spain

Something is not working with the translation.

I've had this problem for months now, and no fix, they tell me on the next upgrade...but still it doesn't work after I upgrade.


STEPS TO REPLICATE: Country links in Spanish bring up no users...Only works if I change my site to English

Okay, but thats what they told me last time. Its important that I fix this because I have a gallery and I cannot show a listing of my members.
