You can access to sftp with Filezilla. I've attached key in my first form.

1. Add key to Filezilla. Filezilla has to create a ppk key (provided is .pem).
2. Host is IP given.
3. User is user given.
4. Port: 22

With this credentials, you can access to host files.

I need to download your site by using Akeeba backup. there is a 3rd party javascript that override the privacy button.
I must do deep debugging at local copy. because can damaging your site.

the problem with XIPT component, this components override the privacy. I dont know if this component having that configuration or not.
but you can disable it by harcoded. edit /components/com_xipt/libraries/lib/pluginhandler.php at line 319 you can find static function hidePrivacyElements(). at line 355
