Users activities continuously gone missing

Hi everyone,

When users upload a photo or add friend, it can be seen their profile page as a stream content. But last few days most of the users stream content get lost on their profile page.

As you can above, there is any stream content. Whatever I done it isn't recording on my profile page stream.

Content can't disappear just like that... please, try to recall if you did something in meanwhile.

Hi Michal,

I think I didn't express myself clear enough and sorry for that. Just let me explain the problem again.

Firstly I didn't change anything on web site.

For example when users like profiles, photos or something else it can be seen on main activity stream page. This is working perfectly and no problem at that stage.

I have a problem on users profile page. If you check admin account profile page you can see 7 activity record at there. That admin account is online since may and made hundreds of activity. All of the activities can be seen on main activity stream page but they cant be seen on users profile page.

You can check two of old users profile page and there is nothing. They uploaded photos, like status or made comment but none of them can be seen on their own profile page like admin account.

I can see FTP and htaccess credentials... but where is cpanel/PHPmyAdmin?

It may be that activities are marked as hidden.
Do a test - you may copy your existing site and create dev site or you may do it on live site - but remember to have SAFE COPY before you proceed.

Delete content of this table: _community_activities_hide and check if activities are back.

Ok, then just prepare a full copy of your site. You can use Akeeba backup extension.
Then update this thread when you'll be ready...

I removed records from hidden activities table.. but it seems that it doesn't help...

Hi Enes,

please check it, I did this query at phpmyadmin

UPDAT `abq25_community_activities` SET `archived` = '0' 

In some reason that activities has been archived. to revert back I did that query. And I turned off archive function at jomsocial backend: configuration > site
