I think your streams already deleted, because if I see from the backend I only see 2 streams item..

I see, the problem is coming from your user points setting, because it will effected to the stream, if you disabled the user points, it also will disabled the stream items..

Please make sure you enabled all user points from here /administrator/index.php?option=com_community&view=userpoints
