Customise Profiles>Add New Field Causing Frontend Error?

Hi There,

I need to create two new profile groups regarding my sites "home matches" and "away matches" that members will be likely to attend and they can update this within their profile.

I went to Customise Profiles>Add New Group and added "Home Matches" and "Away Matches" as you will see in the attached screenshot;

Then I go to a live "Edit Profile" page within my sites front end;

However this is when I am faced with the following error?

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /home/swswsws/public_html/plugins/user/profile/profile.php on line 348

Can you help advise me why I'm getting the above error please and possibly how I can resolve it?

Hi Albertus and thank you for the reply, much appreciated.

I have done as directed and disabled "User - Profile" plugin in Plugin Manager and it does seem to work now. Can I ask what is the disadvantage to any part of the JS system by me now having User Profile disabled, as I don't want to lose any other area of my site's features if I can help it?

sorry for late respond, because this topic status still on "pendding customer"
about your question I suggest you to make test site, with that test site you can make sure if everything its ok.

if user profile has been disabled, there is no any data will be deleted.
