When I logon on to my site on the front end and click one of my friends to view their profile, their profile page is messed up, (meaning that it is not pulling from the selected RED theme of the socialize template v1.2.7. that I am using) and it is also not recognizing any of the custom overrides that i have for the rest of the site. Please see attached. Thanks.

1. I'm sorry but I can't confirm profile issue:

I registered myself as a common user and sent friend request to jomsocial user.
Then I approved it as a jomsocial and logged out.
Logged in again and browsed to jomsocial profile and everything was displayed fine...
I uploaded a photo and I was able to see it without any issues.
Is there any other way I can replicate it?

I can't view my video as subscription plans pop's up... but it seems that this is rather subscription plan misconfiguration
You have sooo many extensions that I'm not really surprised that you have issues (even if I can't replicate some of them). I'm afraid that your site need a good overhaul and developer review...
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Goto the video list page and goto TattooConnects profile (the one who uploaded the videos) and there you will see my problem. TattooConnect also has the same problem whem he views my profile which is Moderator.
Ok, I can see it now... and understand why it happens.
Issue is caused by ProfileTypes extension. This user has profile type "Body Artist". I switched profile type to "Enthusiast" and template is loading correct. So probably ProfileType extension don't recognize that Socialize is loaded in red style and loads default style...
If you enter to that user profile now you'll see that issue is gone... altogether with profile type...
So this is 3rd party issue. Please contact with ProfileTypes developer.
