Profile watermark not shwoing on users

I have added watermarks to all my profiles but they don't show up on users profile pictures?
I presume its some setting but i cant find it .

Hi Michael,

Something wrong with your watermark file. If I opened it using my Photoshop will got error message:
"Could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found."

I tried to replace your watermark file using mine.



watermark work perfectly. So I assume the problem with your watermark file format. please replace it with new file and make sure Photoshop or else can recognize the file format.

What format is the watermark supposed to be saved ?
I cant get anyone to work /

Hi Michael,

Mostly we using JPG and PNG. the problem is not with the image format. I don't know what are you using to made watermark images. I downloaded your watermark image and try to open with Photoshop, the image file header not recognize by Photoshop. I think your image file not "real" JPG.

What image editor are you use?

I have my watermarks fixed.
How do I make them update for all current users, It seem they are only applied when a new user is added

Hi Michael,

This is potentially heavy feature.
If you suddenly decide that you do not want to use the same watermark image on same position anymore, it will be applied only on new avatars and new users.

Please uprade into our latest version. many fixes there.

I have upgraded to 3.2.0.5
I do see the watermark feature still a problem.
What happens when a user changes his profile ?
Will his watermark update then ?
It can be a workaround ?

Hi Michael,

please try to edit/re-upload the watermark. the existing users watermark will changing.
if user changing they profile watermark will follow the changed profile.
