JomSocial Buttons don't work

I am having some issues that I think are a code problem.

I have already done this fix

and am also having trouble with creating groups and customizing the profile settings. None of the links work. Seems to be the same problem as this

I just fixed the problem, also I suggest to upgrade to the latest 3.1.0.4 version, which is our latest release.
