Is it possible to configure JomSocial so that registered members can send & receive private messages to/from all other registered members - without first having to become friends?

Wow, thanks for the quick response - In my older versions of JomSocial you had to friend someone to send them a private message.

Also thanks for helping me remove the private message content from email notifications - works really well.
