Shorten JomSocial Registration

Hi,

1) Is there a way that one could shorten the steps during JomSocial Registration.? E.g a single page registration, or simplified registration?

2) Furthermore, could one disable for example the Avatar upload during registration?

I found some posts in regards to my above questions:

You can disable some fields or group of fields for registration (fields in Profiles -> Customizing Profiles. Mark red Required and Registration).

At this point registration will be shorted only to Joomla! fields (required by Joomla! it self)... and unfortunately Avatar upload.
Now, avatar upload can't be disabled... but you could request it here: uservoice.jomsocial.com/forums/101561-feature-request .

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
