[SOLVED]JomSocial Buttons don't work

Hello!

I'm experiencing a major problem with JomSocial. It seems some buttons (like the New Field or New Group from the Customize Profile + New from the Groups Categories) don't work. Nothing happens when I click them! Plus I can't edit the fields from the Customize Profile, Groups Categories or User Points.
Please advise.

Hi there.

Could you check if details to access your back-end are valid? And make sure that user also have administrator rights.

Hey Chris and Dimas,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Turns out that I actually had another pass for that user. I modified the user and pass and also test it and now it works fine.

Ok now I don't get it. You tag the post as solved but from what I can see you didn't even try to log in in the back-end with the user I gave you. The last visit date was at the time I've created the user so what's going on? Of course my problem is still there because nobody even bothered to look into it.
What's going on here? Shouldn't I get real support here?

Can you check again please? you need enable jomsocial update plugin for solving this
