User can't edit thumbnail in "Change Profile Picture" page.
I replicated this issue at the demo site as follows.
demo.jomsocial.com/demos/

1) Go to the "Change Profile Picture" page.
2) Edit thumbnail picture.
3) After saving, editing thumbnail function doesn't work.

We have checked this issue and are able to re create it so we will pass this onto out development team for them to look at
