I get different issue "504 Gateway Time-out", this issue usucally caused by memory_limit configuration, which cant handle the huge process from video converting, please you contact your sys-admin to inspect this issue further.

To fix it please you modify php.ini (PHP configuration) and then change this value "max_execution_time" to 300, and "memory_limit" to 1024M

You are using Plesk not cPanel, its bit hard to enable cron job there, for the solution you can use easycron.com, put the cron URL and time configuration there , here is the cron URL

easy cron is not free, but i have my own server ,and thats why i want to use plesk, so just help me set it up with plesk ok friend
