Registration welcome email is sent but no user created

hi,
I am using jomsocial, but some users (not all users) have problem registering into my site "noah-ark.org" they complete only the first registering form then they click on register - the welcome email with username and password is sent but no user created when I checked in the back end, also when this user try to sign in with the username and password sent to him by email he can't it says "no such user name".
note : I am using multi profile so if users want to registered they have to complete 3 forms to complete (first for credentials , second to select profile type and then fill information according to profile type ) but some users fill only the first form and still getting welcome email

Thank you for contacting us.
First part of registration is a Joomla! obligatory fields. After filling them Joomla! account should be created and email is sent.
If user stop in this step - his account will be never activated.
He needs to fill all registration forms - not only the first one.
First email is sent by Joomla! as part of native registration flow. We can'r change that.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

first the user is not even found in Joomla users , also can I disable this welcome email after the first form and send it at the end of all the registration process.

Email is sent by Joomla!... so in order to disable it you'll need to customize Joomla!
