I bought jomsocil 4.1.6 and socialize template a year ago. I had problem with my site, and now we figured out it caused by socialize template. I got developer who can solve the problem for $200, can I speak wit some socialize developer as maybe they know about the problem and I don't have to pay $200 just make site works. Or maybe socialize is updated and can eliminate this problem, in this case I'm happy to buy it, but I need someone to confirm it will work.

and I need your site detail (as super user). you can put credential informations by enabling "Require help from Admin/Mod" at reply textbox.

The problem is if community toolbar module for socialize template is enabled and nobody login for 10 hours then first login can take 1-2 minutes. After successful login it works fine you can logout and login again and no delay, only after 10 hours without login.

Can you confirm it will help me? My site has been modified and I don't want to upgrade it because I will lose all modifications. Renewal will be only just for get help from jomsocial, if it won't help I just spent $149 for nothing and it's almost same amount of money what developer ask for solve problem. This is why I'm asking.
