Please could you tell me if the toolbar is shown on all the pages on the website, i am using a djcatolog2 extension from Dj Extension - dj-extensions.com/ and want the toolbar to be viable across the whole site - below (BOLD BELOW) states that is it is shown on every page of your community, not the whole website.

And Lastly does ijoomla create the extension or is it a third party.

Yes this is possible, you can put JS Community toolbar on your whole pages, as long as that website on same Joomla installation :)
