Hi,

I am thinking of renewing my Jomsocial PRO licence. I bought previous licence 250 days ago so as far as I understand I have to buy new licence instead of just renewing it in My downloads.
I am also thinking of buying adAgency PRO.
Will there be a special offer if I buy 2 products considering the fact that I am your regular customer?

You don't need to buy new license. You may just renew your existing one.
Log in to jomsocial.com and browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
There you'll have options to renew with discount.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

On the site www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses I have possibility to add 6 months. It means 6 months from now or 6 months from the time my previous licence expired?

6 months from renewal. It means if you renew today - subscription will expire at 23 December 2015, that is 6 months from now.
