Our records indicate that you purchased our product and then asked for a refund, Once the refund was issued your account was disabled which is standard company policy. I have enabled the account again for you but please be aware if you purchase again you would not be eligible for a refund
i never asked for a refund . Check the invoice shop and something about the refund. It is strange to hear about a refund.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Your account was blocked automatically because someone tried to reset the password without success. It's nothing related to a refund. I just restored the order you quoted on your previous message and I enabled the account and sent you the login info to the email address associated to it.
