I'd like to change the supported domain in my account panel. My company has since moved to another production domain. I'd do it myself, but the option is grayed out.
I can change the domain for you we allow domain changes only for the same site, if you move the site or change the domain then this is no problem. please let me know the new domain or send me an email to paul AT Ijoomla DOT com and I will change it for you
Incidentally, at mytechnology.tceh.net, the JomSocial menu item is no longer appearing in the components menu in my Joomla admin panel. That's not related to the domain support mismatch, is it? I'm using Joomla 3.3.1 and JomSocial 3.2.1.4. I can still access the JomSocial control panel by dialing up the exact URL, but it's weird that the menu option has vanished entirely.
The domain change has been made. In regards to the Missing menu i haven't heard of that happening but it may be best if one of the support team have a look at it. Could you please create a ticket in the main support categories and we can have a look at that for you. Im pre sales it doesn't let you enter site information
