I've checked the message and it appears that the number is not what I have requested. You've provided me with the order ID and not the unique transaction ID. The unique transaction ID is the unique ID number provided to you by Paypal or Authorized.net (depends on your method of purchase). You should be able to obtain them by checking out your inbox; usually Paypal or Authorized.net will send you an email confirming your purchase.
To make it easier for both of us, please refrain from using multiple communication platform. Just provide me with the information here so that it's easier for me to help you locate the purchase.
