ISSUE SUMMARY:
After uploading a .mp4 file it never converts, it stays pending.
after I run the cron it tell me this:

I get this error:
sh: /bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory
I have not verified it was installed, and I changed the path to /usr/bin/ffmpeg
I get this when I run the cron:

I've noticed, before "processing" while the videos are "pending" they are quite crisp and clear.
After videos are processed - they are super blurry.
Can you fix this?

Your video is too big, our maximum width for better converting is 800px.. please you make it 800px first, and try again.
